On-site Repair Service Charges
Remarks:
- The above fee is for reference only and it is only applicable to Shun Hing group authorized Hong Kong Official goods. The On-site Service Fee is not including parts replacement fee, particular repair item and additional fee (if applicable).
- Paid by cash or crossed cheque (payable to “Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd”) to Shun Hing representative while each service is completed.
- After the machine is checked, the on-site service fee & repair fee will be charged even though the client declines to have it further repaired, or the machine is irreparable due to the unavailability of the required parts as a result of the product obsolescence.
- After the on-site inspection and determined the cause of the defect, our technician will quote you the repair fee and parts replacement cost.
- If the machine requires workshop service, transportation fee will be charged. Product in the inaccessible location for truck, customer will be responsible for transporting the product to the urban area for our take back service (eg . Hong Kong outlying islands, restricted area). If the building without lift or lift that cannot reach the delivery address or carry an appliance using hand cart where truck access is unavailable, additional delivery surcharge will be applied. If the Discovery Bay Tunnel is used for repair parts/material transportation or workshop service, the customer shall pay the Discovery Bay Tunnel Fee.
- An on-site and repair service surcharge will be levied if the machine is a parallel import goods. If the machine is irreparable due to the unavailability of the required parts, the related on-site and repair fee should still be applied.
- Travelling surcharge HK$220 per service order will be levied if service is required at Hong Kong outlying islands, remote area or restricted area (excluding Tung Chung Town Centre and Discovery Bay).

Carry-in Service Charges

- If the electrical appliance is within warranty period, the customer is required to present the Product Warranty Card with the Official Invoice issued by the dealers of HK and Macau to our service station staff for carry-in warranty service. If the official invoice/the warranty card cannot be present or the warranty period is ended, repair fee and repair parts fee will be charged. Paid fee is non-refundable
- For the carry-in repair service, please pay the Carry-in Service Fee by Cash or Credit Card (VISA / MASTER) in advance while service registration. This Carry-in Service fee is non-refundable. After the repair is completed, please collect the product at our company and pay the repair fee by Cash, Credit Card (VISA / MASTER) or Octopus (No Add Value Service).
- Customer is responsible to deliver the appliance with the accessories like charger, power cable to our service center for the carry-in repair service (No reservation needed), and to pick up the repaired product from the same location. - Parts replacement cost will be quoted after the inspection by our technician and determined the cause of the defect. The carry-in service fee is non-refundable even though the client declines to have it further repaired after inspection.

- This price list is for reference purpose only. Price will be quoted separately under special circumstances. All the additional works and charges are subject to our installation technician’s final confirmation during the on-site installation service.

- An air-conditioner can only install on a stable window sill or stand with sufficient space.
- The installation location of air conditioner is decided by the customer, who is obligated to obtain the permit from co-owner of property, owner’s corporations management office, building management company, HK Housing Authority, etc. on the right to use the common part comply with the obligations of the Building Deed of mutual covenant. The customer should confirm the installation details with our installation technician before work. If there is any dispute on the installation location and need to change the location after the installation works starts, additional dismantle and re-installation fee will be charged to the customer.

Image retention on screen is not considered as malfunction when any still parts of the image have been displayed for a long period. Please perform the pre-installed panel maintenance function in a regular basis to prevent image retention. During the panel maintenance, please avoid touching and exerting any pressure on the screen (e.g. wiping the screen etc.)
There are two types of the panel maintenance as following
1) Normal maintenance: Normal maintenance program will automatically starts when turning the TV off with the remote control. During the panel maintenance the screen turns to orange. It will takes approx. 10 minutes. After finished, the TV will automatically turn off (Standby mode)
2) Regular maintenance: When regular maintenance is necessary, the massage appears on the screen after turning the TV off with the remote control. Please follow the on-screen instruction to start the regular maintenance program. During the panel maintenance, the screen turns to orange and a white horizontal line appears on the screen for a while. This is not a malfunction. The regular maintenances will takes approx. 80 minutes. After finished, the TV will automatically turn off (Standby mode)
The remote control must be paired with the Thermo Ventilator before use. Within one minute after the Thermo Ventilator is powered on, press and hold the buttons “HEAT” and “VENT.” on the remote control for 3 seconds to complete the pairing process. When the pairing is successful, three beeps will be heard.
