
Starting from January 1, 2026, the warranty service for KÄRCHER products (Hong Kong and Macau) will be provided directly by the manufacturer, Kärcher Germany Co., Ltd. After purchasing a product, customers requiring related warranty and after-sales service must present the original invoice issued by the authorized dealer and the warranty registration card issued by Kärcher Germany Co., Ltd. for verification. If the product exceeds the warranty service period, customers must pay the relevant fees according to the service price list of the Kärcher Germany Co., Ltd. Repair Center. Customers who complete the online product warranty registration within ten days after purchase will enjoy a two-year free warranty service.
